Terms of Use

Zaps! is a private, internal system. Access is granted solely to directors, management, and accounting staff of Code Bit Sdn Bhd (1479653-U) and to other individuals we expressly authorize. There is no public sign-up. You may use the system only for legitimate Code Bit business purposes.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials confidential, do not share your login, and sign out of shared devices. Notify us immediately at admin@codebit.my if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Access data or functions beyond your assigned role and permissions.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, or the maker–checker approval controls.
• Extract, copy, or disclose financial records except as required for your work.
• Introduce malware, probe, scan, or otherwise interfere with the system’s integrity.
• Falsify, tamper with, or delete records or their audit trail.

You must ensure that vouchers, claims, invoices, and reconciliations you create or approve are true, accurate, and supported by valid documentation. Every create, approve, pay, and void action is recorded with before/after state in an immutable audit trail.

All financial data, statements, vendor details, and reports within Zaps! are confidential information of Code Bit. You must not disclose them to any third party without authorization, and your confidentiality obligations survive the end of your access.

Zaps!, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Code Bit Sdn Bhd. No right or license is granted to you except the limited right to use the system for authorized internal purposes.

We aim to keep the system available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security, or operational reasons without prior notice.

The system is provided for internal operational use. To the extent permitted by law, Code Bit is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the system. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Access is granted at Code Bit’s discretion and may be modified or revoked at any time, including when your role changes or your engagement with Code Bit ends. Provisions on confidentiality, accuracy, and intellectual property survive termination.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
